The SolarArc Solar roof Vent System is powered by its own solar panel and is thermostatic controlled which makes it the perfect choice in roof ventilation for our changing South Australian climate. The thermostat is set to turn on when the roof reaches 24 degrees in temperature which means in summer the 20Watt model will remove the equivalent of 27 standard wind driven whirly birds.

The best thing is that in winter when your roof is below 24 degrees it will not turn on ensuring your roof stays warm, but it will allow the roof the naturally vent ensuring less condensation build up keeping your roof healthy all year round.

SolarArk has a large residential range of models starting with the 2.5 Watt up to the large 40 Watt model with a brushless DC motor to ensure quiet operation with Polycarbonate blades. They have a Large Powder coated one piece shroud. The SolarArk Roof Ventilators come with a 10 year warranty including the solar Panel and 3-year warranty on the brushless DC motor.
