This space will have double insulation to prevent heat gain and loss, Air Conditioning either ducted or split system, fully gyprock lined and painted, Attic roof windows to let natural light and ventilation into the room, Wardrobes or storage in the lower wall areas of the room and all accessed from your choice of Premium Attic Ladders, Spiral Staircase or Fixed Timber Staircase. We are a licensed Building Company and will complete the room from start to finish, arranging all our specialized handpicked trades and services to create our Premium Roof Storage Rooms.
Due to most of the works to be completed within the roof space our customers do not need to leave their home whilst the works are being completed. These Premium Roof Storage Rooms will be completed within 6-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the room.
